III. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Personal data is processed for the purpose of carrying out tasks (including information through the website) and undertakings under the EURECA-PRO 2.0 project.

IV. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Processing is based on the grounds arising from:

  • Article 6 section (1) let. (e). of GDPR – performance of a task carried out in the public interest and Article 165 – 166 The Treaty on the functioning of the European Union.
  • Article 6 section (1) let. (a) of GDPR – consent (applies to the images)

VI. DATA RECIPIENTS

Entities performing public tasks. Personal data may also be transferred to partners providing technical and organizational IT support.

VII. RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
1. the right to access personal data;
2. the right to request the rectification of incorrect personal data and the completion of incomplete personal data;
3. the right to request the erasure of your personal data, should the circumstances defined in Article 17 of the GDPR arise;
4. the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data;
5. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data:

You can apply for the exercise of right referred to above to the joint controller to whom you have shared your personal data.

VIII. RIGHTS TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to: info@eurecapro.eu. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of the aforementioned consent before its withdrawal.

IX. INFORMATION ABOUT AUTOMATED PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Providing personal data is necessary to the purpose of carrying out tasks (including information through the website) and undertakings under the EURECA-PRO 2.0 project.
