Research Assistant (m/f/d) – job reference xxx/2023, to be filled for a limited period.
TU Bergakademie Freiberg is a partner of the EURECA-PRO consortium as part of the “European University Alliances” initiative. The HI EURECA (HI = Heritage Innovation) project is part of the EURECA-PRO university alliance. The project aims to investigate the potential of heritage-based innovation for sustainable (environmental, social, economic) development in rural and urban communities, and to identify best practices for heritage-based innovations (working language English).
✔️Remuneration: Pay group 13 TV-L
✔️Scope of position: 0.4 FTE (increase is being sought)
✔️Time limit: 01.07.2024 to 30.06.2027 (earlier recruitment and extension are sought)
Main tasks include:
- Management of work package T1.4 Evaluation, assessment and monitoring of HI demo sites in Poland, Romania and Greece.
- Monitoring of the demos (criteria; quality of theoretical (background) framework, degree of innovation of research methods, external and internal validity of results, novelty, applicability of results to practical heritage problems, predictability of generalisation).
- Writing the annual report.
- On-site visits to the demo sites.
- Exchange with the heads of the demo sites.
- Content-related and administrative handling of the work package.
- Public relations work for the project.
- Participation in other work packages in the project.
- Coordination of other university participants.
