The 2025 edition of EURECA-PRO Review Week will take place at Université de Lorraine in Nancy, France, from May 12th to 16th, providing an opportunity for insightful discussions and collaboration on shaping a sustainable, competitive, and inclusive European future, with a high-level event on May 13th bringing together experts and stakeholders to exchange perspectives on key transitions.
As EURECA-PRO 2.0 marks 18 months of progress, the 2025 Review Week provides a key moment to reflect on how European university alliances can shape a more competitive and sustainable Europe. Against the backdrop of major EU discussions on research, innovation, and education, this event will explore how sustainability can drive economic growth and global competitiveness.
Bringing together academics, students, policymakers, and industry leaders, the Review Week will foster cross-sector dialogue through:
- Multi-stakeholder and cross-cutting sessions featuring keynotes, high-level panels, and interactive workshops on “Sustainable Competitiveness.”
- Internal EURECA-PRO meetings to align strategies, discuss emerging flagship initiatives, and validate key agreements.
- Cultural and networking opportunities.
- A flagship session to refine strategic initiatives and set the course for future collaborations.
Unified vision
These cross-cutting sessions will aim to break down silos between different work packages, fostering a strategic and unified vision for EURECA-PRO’s future.
By uniting diverse perspectives and expertise, this Review Week seeks to strengthen EURECA-PRO’s capacity to drive sustainable competitiveness and make meaningful contributions to Europe’s future.

“We seek to explore how to articulate and achieve equitable and sustainable transitions, framing them as key opportunities for industrial competitiveness and economic development across Europe.”
