EURECA-PRO joins Belgian State Visit to France

On Tuesday, 15th October, Université de Lorraine took part in a special meeting at La Sorbonne during Belgium’s state visit to France, attended by the King and Queen of Belgium and key ministers.
European alliances were at the heart of the discussions, strengthening collaboration between French and Belgian universities. EURECA-PRO was proudly represented by Hélène Boulanger, President of Université de Lorraine, and Bernard Vanheusden, Rector of Hasselt University.
This meeting highlighted our shared commitment to UN SDG 12, promoting responsible production and consumption in universities. The inspiring exchanges with the Belgian sovereigns and university partners underscore the growing importance of European collaboration in higher education and research!
