Alumni Club Member Registration Form

I apply for registration in the EURECA PRO ALUMNI CLUB, as member, I give consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of organising EURECA-PRO alumni meetings.

“I have taken note of the provisions of the Statute of the EURECA-PRO ALUMNI CLUB, which I undertake to respect, the obligations of the members, I accept and adhere to the objectives, the policy and activities of the EURECA-PRO ALUMNI CLUB”.

“I declare under my own responsibility that the data in the registration application are correct. They can be used strictly for the internal use of EURECA-PRO”.

By filling in this form, we collect the personal data necessary to profile the minimum Alumni file, the purpose being the fulfillment of the legal procedures for the provision of the requested services. Submitting this document constitutes agreement regarding the collection and storage of personal data. The legal basis on which we can collect and process this is art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679-The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We assure you that your data will be used only for this purpose and will not be shared with third parties or used in other activities.
